  Q: What's going on here?
  A: This site is meant to bring together people who host organized play for most tabletop games. Organizers list their events in our database so that players can find them.
     
  Q: Who qualifies as an organizer?
  A: We feel there are three types of organizer. Casual groups that get together at a public location, stores that have play space, and for-profit organizers who host events at hotels and convention centers.
     
  Q: Do I have to pay to be an organizer?
  A: No, as of the date above, we do not charge people to list their events. We only charge for additional special services.
     
  Q: Why don't I see any games listed when I put in my zip code?
  A: Try setting the driving distance to "long drive." If you still don't see any games listed, then we have not yet gotten any businesses in your area to sign up. Visit your local stores and tell them about this site.
     
  Q: How do I get avoid seeing games I don't play?
  A: Follow the link "My Games" From there you can check or uncheck any games you are interested in. When you have made your selection, be sure to click the "Save these preferences" button at the bottom of the screen.
     
  Q: Who do you guys work for?
  A: 1PlayerPlace is not associated or affiliated with any game manufacturer
     
  Q: Is Texas Hold'em (or other poker game) legal in my state?
  A:

Our organizers agree that they will not promote activities or events that are illegal or immoral in their state. We cannot regulate each organizer or know the laws for each state.
